Arthur R. Lehman: Your Experienced Advocate

Our firm is led by attorney Arthur Lehman, who handles all cases personally. With over four decades of legal practice in New York City, he brings a wealth of experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants from across the nation and internationally in various areas of practice, including business and commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and employment matters, before courts, agencies, and arbitration tribunals.

Born in Kansas City, Arthur Lehman graduated from Dartmouth College in 1973 as a Rufus Choate Scholar with a major in philosophy and from Columbia University Law School in 1976, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and on the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Since being admitted to the New York Bar in 1977, he has maintained an active litigation practice. He began his career as an associate at Kelley, Drye & Warren then spent over two decades as a principal at Lehman & Gikow, P.C. before launching his current firm.

Arthur Lehman is admitted to practice in the State of New York and all federal district and appeals courts in New York and the Court of Federal Claims. He has been admitted specially to litigate individual cases in Connecticut, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, California, and Illinois and has handled arbitration proceedings throughout the nation and internationally.
