At the beginning of a dispute, we work with clients to articulate a realistic business and litigation objective. We actively involve clients in decision-making and keep them informed about the progress being made. This open line of communication is essential in providing the best legal representation possible.

Solving Problems without Going to Trial - When Possible

We try to resolve matters without going to trial; but we don't settle every case, especially where the settlement does not work for our client. We have tried many cases to successful verdicts and if an advantageous settlement cannot be obtained, we will vigorously try the case and pursue an appeal when it is warranted.
